Specifically, their responsibilities include capital fundraising, financial management, and recruiting individuals who serve the corporation in various capacities with respect to their unique gifts and talents.
The Organization Committee will identify tasks and determine who is responsible for executing each phase of the program. Additionally, we will create a time-line and chronicle the completion of each task. Finally, we will benchmark the program tracking progress, anticipating obstacles, and completing each slated project within the program year we have designated.
Assuming full administrative responsibility, we will develop budgets, coordinate activities, and communicate information to project volunteers, merchants, and community members.
